Takeoffs are priced per project, with no contract and no subscription. Pick a service level, add what you need, and pay by card when you submit the job. SureSquare CRM is a monthly subscription: $149 base plus $18 per user.

How long does a takeoff take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the plan set. You can watch the status of every job in the app, and Rush is available when a bid deadline is close.
What counts as commercial?
Any commercial building, including a shingle roof on a commercial building. Houses and other residential buildings use residential pricing.
How do promo codes work?
Enter your code at checkout. It discounts the service level price only. Add-ons such as Rush or extra buildings are still charged.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Additional revisions are $29 each.
Is the takeoff service a subscription?
